I offer a number of services. Below is a menu of the services I offer at this time. These services are generally tailored to Windows based systems, but I do offer some support for Mac and Linux systems as well.
Anything not falling into these categories generally falls under regular in-shop labour. This is $40 per hour with a one hour minimum.
If I tell you what's wrong and you decide not to go through with a repair through me for whatever reason, a $20 diagnosis fee may apply before the return of your device.
Please note that none of these services include any parts that may be required for your repair. Those are extra, of course.

Virus/Malware CleaningSuspect you have some nasty little gremlins in your system that need to be given the ol' heave ho? I'm your man. In particularly virus ridden systems, it may be better to have your system reformatted, but in most cases, this is the service you need.

Pickup and deliveryI offer pickup and delivery services in the Amherst area if you can't bring your equipment to my shop.
$10 in Amherst, please contact for prices elsewhere. 
House CallsSometimes, things just need to be done in your home or business. I'll happily accommodate. Please call to arrange an appointment.
$60 per hour with a half hour minimum. Travel outside Amherst will incur an extra cost, please contact me for details. |
ReformattingSometimes, a system is so messed up that the best way to handle it is to completely wipe and reload the system from scratch. All possible data will be backed up and restored, and all operating system updates will be loaded.

Data Wipe + ReformattingSelling your computer? Giving it away to someone else? You REALLY should have this done, then. Don't want some random person potentially having your private data, right? When you initially delete something from your computer, it can often be recovered by someone who knows what they're doing. I will securely wipe your hard drive clean of residual data and then reinstall the operating system. Comes with everything in the reformat and disk wiping services.

System BuildNeed a custom build done? No problem. I can do that too. I can help you pick parts, or just do your build from a parts list.

Basic Data RecoveryI can perform basic data recovery as well. I do NOT have the equipment or training of a specialist, but I can certainly make an attempt to recover your lost files.

Disk WipingNeed your data securely wiped from your hard drive? I can do that for you whether you have it in the computer or not.

Video Game Console RepairI offer some video game console repairs. If your NES, SNES, Genesis, or Sony consoles need work, I can take a look at it for you. I won't work on the Xbox 360 yet. These services will expand as I gain more experience in this area.
