Forfeiture Policy
When you leave your device with me to be repaired, I will give you a time-frame of when you can expect the repair to be completed. Please refrain from contacting me to ask if the repair is finished before that time-frame passes. When your device's repair is complete, I will let you know immediately at the contact method you leave for me.
When I inform you that your device is ready to go, I will let you know of the final bill. Please come with the payment and pick up your device as soon as possible.
Your device will NOT be released to you without payment in full.
If you fail to pick up a device within 30 days of being informed of the repair's completion, you will receive one warning at the contact method you leave me.
If a further 15 days pass and you still haven't paid me and picked up the device, you'll receive a second and final warning.
If another 15 days pass after that and the device hasn't been claimed, the device will be considered abandoned and I will do what I see fit within the law to recoup the cost of the repair.
